Betatext service

Welcome to Betatext

Have you ever forgotten to take your medication?

If you have or if sometimes you need a timely reminder, then Betatext can help you to remember by sending you a text message when it is time to take your medication or even a reminder when it is time pick-up your next pack in accordance with your prescription.

What is Betatext?

Betatext is a personalised text messaging (SMS) reminder service designed for people who have already been prescribed Betaferon®. If you have a mobile phone, Betatext can help to remind you when to inject and collect your medication, so that you don't forget.

By registering with Betatext you can freely avail of any one or all of the following services:

1. "An injection" reminder service: a text reminder is sent to your mobile phone every-other-day at your preferred injection time.

2. "A pack pick-up" reminder service: a text message is sent to your mobile phone to remind you to pick-up next pack of Betaferon from your pharmacy. This can help to ensure that you will have a fresh pack of Betaferon ready for you once your current pack is finished.

3. "MS news" service: You can receive occasional text alerts updating you on the latest developments with Betaferon or latest news on MS.

Who can use Betatext?

Betatext is a free service and is designed for anyone who has already been prescribed Betaferon® and has a mobile phone.
